When Jay started GTS, he wanted to create a “Training & Coaching” company that didn’t treat every dealer as the same.  He wanted to work with each dealership in their environment instead of a hotel room.  A 20-Group is great at learning “Benchmarks” from other dealers where Jay will show you how to achieve those Benchmarks and demonstrate every technique.  As the leader in “Customized In-Dealership Coaching & Training” in the Automotive Industry, Jay will work with your business and your team to create your own dynamic training program that will get ongoing results. Since 1988, Jay has hands on experience as a SP, SM, GSM, BDC Mgr., GM, VP and Trainer, Jay has trained over 9500 owners, managers & salespeople. Jay has also has spoken at many 20 Groups and Business Associations including: NIADA, NABD National Conventions along with 26 State Conventions, & Leedom Conference.

Jay has worked in Dealerships in MA, NY, PA, CT, CA, OH and held positions as Inventory Specialist, Salesperson, Marketing, Finance Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Collections, General Branch Manager, Vice-President of Sales and General Manager.

Jay understands that every dealership needs a different training plan to be effective. Jay also knows that there is a big difference between the BHPH & Retail business and it takes a hands on expert to develop a custom Training & Coaching plan that will give you the results you are looking for.
